The band was formed 1998 in Varberg. Until summer 1999 they tried to find good members and after a suitable bassplayer completed the line-up they recorded their first output, but on strange ways this one was never published... Some months later they tried again and this time they released the first demo which had just the plain title "Demo". It got very good response by the swedish magazine "Close-up" and this "Demo" also led to a contract with Arctic Music Group. The debut album "Spiritual Deception" was recorded in late 2001. After the replacing of the bassplayer the album was published in september 2002.
Proserpine´s comment: I received that CD to write a review for it and so I also took them for the BOTM December, cause I really like their songs. They play Death Metal, which somtimes reminds me to At The Gates (RIP) or Arch Enemy. There are some very brutal parts with angry vocals, but they never forget to include superb melodies. Most it is really heavy stuff and invites to bang. :) I am sure live they rules supreme, so I hope I have the chance to see them soon. The nice website also offers some music-samples, but if you like swedish Death Metal you can buy the CD right the way! ;)
